2010 YOUTH CONFERENCE

KIRKLAND, OHIO

MAY 29-31, 2010

In order to go:

*All forms need to be filled out and turned in by April 11th.

*Pay $25.00 commitment fee (Check can be written out to individual wards")and turned in before April 11th. (Wards will write a check to the Stake)

*Attend mandatory Kirkland fireside April 11, 2010 @ 7:00pm @ the Stake center.

Chaperones are to be approved by stake leaders.
